How do I safely remove my press-on nails?

Never force or rip off your nails. Soak your nails in warm, soapy water and gently lift the edges with a cuticle pusher. Take your time to help protect your natural nails.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! With proper application, removal, and care, most sets can be worn multiple times.

How should I store my nails after removing them?

Store your nails in a small ziplock bag, nail case, or one of our nail binder books (coming soon!) to keep them organized and protected between wears.

Are the nails handmade?

Yes! Each set is carefully handmade and quality-checked before being packaged and shipped.

What's included with my order?

Every order includes a prep kit containing:

• Sticky adhesive tabs

• Nail glue

• Cuticle pusher

• Cuticle oil

• Nail file

• Alcohol prep pad

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, press-on nails can last anywhere from 1–3 weeks.

What sizes do you offer?

Most designs are available in Small, Medium, and Large.

Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?

No. When applied and removed properly, press-on nails should not damage your natural nails.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Oakland County, Michigan.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship throughout the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied on qualifying orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Will sold-out designs be restocked?

Some designs may return, but many are part of limited collections and may not be restocked.

Are your collections limited edition?

Yes! Wendy's Vault focuses on curated, limited-quantity drops. Once a design sells out, it may not return.
